The user gives his express consent to make the information available outside India also, if required.

If the user wishes to use the Website, he / she is required to maintain an account and will be required to furnish certain information and details, including his / her name, email id, contact number and any other information deemed necessary by the company. By providing his / her contact coordinates, the user expresses consent to let VIG K Finance send promotional and informational communication from time to time, even if he/she is covered by Do Not Disturb services. He / she will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of his / her account, password, activities that occur in or through your account and he would further ensure that his information is not shared by anyone else in an unauthorized manner.
